MADS will not return phone calls

I have 3500 RAM dead in the water for 3 days and MADS will not return my calls.

I think Mad's is out off business in the US. There is another new distributor in the US and I would google the internet for them.

I did and called them and they referred me to MADS.

MADS used to be very responsive and have/had great products...I had tuners on my 02, 03, and 09 and would had one on my 17. but their lack of response was a big no for me. I contacted one of the sellers and they were rude, and acted like I was interrupting their day. Too bad, but it is what it is.

Cumminz, if I remember correctly you stated that the ECM went out on your 2007.5 truck and you need a new ECM, correct?

Will if you are looking at replacing the ECM, I would look at a different tuner, such as Race Me or EFI Live. These will work if you want to get a new one.

Source Automotive is the US distributor. Good luck getting home to help most of the time. Might be best to just switch to the RaceME and the Canadian groups.

Jim, that is correct. All is well now. I purchased rebuilt ECM from a business in Davies, Florida. Great gentleman to work with. MADS finally emailed me after 4 days. Poor service. He programmed my VIN# into it and stock programming. RAM dealer installed and I was out the door in an hour. Thanks for the info.
