Just installed my mag hy-tech cover , what a quality piece, its worth the money. The toughest part ( with my truck anyway) was removing the stock cover. After prying, twaeking, and pounding with a hammer ( yes I had all the bolts out ) it finally came off.
The sweetest thing about the new mag cover is that you can fill it by putting a small funnel in the dipstick hole, no more sideways fills. Six quarts put it right at the fill line on the dipstick ( dana 70 )
The sway bar nor the spare tire was in the way of the install, I used redline synthetic oil.

RV injectors, custom 4"exhaust, power edge EZ, DTT VB & TC, mopar performance deep transmission pan, mag hy-tech rear end cover, roll@lock bed cover, plus other cool stuff.

If you are careful you can fill by ust pouring from the quart bottle into the dipstick hole. I generally fill to somewhere between the two scribe marks. Roy told me that this is between the bottom inside of the axle tube and the bottom of the axle shaft.

I'm gonna install my Mag-Hytec tomorrow. Can't wait. Looks like a well made and engineered part.

Joe,

It's pretty easy to fill right out of the quart bottle unless there a couple of TDR guys standing behind your truck telling jokes. (Hint: One of them was Rowdy) They had me laughing so hard I dropped the bottle! #ad
