Mag Hytec and DT trackbar ?

Has anyone put a front Mag Hytec cover on a truck with a DT trackbar? If so it must fit but it doesn't look like it to me.

I have both and they do fit. Installed my pa last week and they sure look sweet.

It's not good to have your head UNDER the diff cover while removing it, as the oil dripping out will impede your vision Oo.

OK here is the new news, Stefan's truck has a 4" lift that's why the Diff cover fits with the DT track bar. At this point I still don't think it is going to fit on a stock height truck, any one know differently?

Stefan, thanks for the timely help—I'm at the same point and found that my Lindstad bar will NOT work (attention all) - the balll stud sleeve is 3/4" longer than stock. I had called both DT and MHT but nobody knew if that combo would work. The guys at MHT would appreciate hearing from anyone who has shown these products are compatible-please call 'em if you could. Gotta go - Guess I'll be ordering the DT now. Many, Many thanks!! I also found the stock damper bracket needed readjusting, it was dragging on the right side of the cover.

I have the DT Trac bar and a Skyjacker 2 1/2" lift, and also a MagView front diff cover. I bought the diff covers last year, and the front cover hit the OEM trac bar on hard bumps. That's one of the reasons I put a lift kit on my truck. Now the DT trac bar also hits the MagView, but in a different place than the OEM trac bar did. So... ... guess no after market fron diff cover for me :{ :-{}



I'm guessing therefore that the Mag-HyTec won't fit either.



I know Chris Sutton has the DT trac bar and a front MagView diff cover, but he also has the 4 1/2" lift... .
