I've got mine, just don't have it on yet, haven't had time. Does the spare tire clear the cover ok? Looks to me like its going to be awful close.

Can't comment on the 3500 trucks, but the 2500 is no problem with clearances.

I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW, WILL THE DANA 80 COVER FIT THE 03 3500? TBOB ALSO AMSOILED '99

I don't believe the Dana 80 is used for the 03' 3500 trucks. My repair manual only lists the 10 1/2 and 11 1/2 rear axles for the 03' model trucks. These numbers refer to the American Axles.

No, the dana 80 cover won't work. You need the same cover that the new chevy 3500's use, our new 03's use the same 11. 5" ring gear axle.
