Jetson,
I'll give you the down pipe, just take care of the shipping for me. I sent you a PM with my phone numbers to call me to work out the details. Sorry I haven't got back to you, I just haven't had time to log on for a while.
Regards, Mike.

Thanks, to MVieira for sending his downpipe, he's a real nice guy. I now realize what happened to mine. It didn't rust, the weld tore out where the 1/2" rod mounting bar was welded to the bottom of the pipe. I didn't even realize mine didn't have the mount anymore, until I saw Mike's.

Check your Magnaflow pipes where the transmission mounting bar support is welded on, because on checking MVieira's downpipe, it also has an inch long hairline crack right at the weld.

Jetson,
Good thing you checked my pipe out before you installed it. I didn't notice it or I would of told you about it. I hope you were able to get someone to TIG or Heliarc the crack before you installed it. It sounds like this may be a weak spot on the Magnaflow, since your's broke and mine was starting to. I hope you get it worked out.
Regards, Mike.

So why didn't Magnaflo send ya a new one? Ever get a reply to anything you sent to them? Or a half *** answer why they didn't get one to you b4 another member GAVE you his?! This is why I like the TDR, everone is here to help everyone.

I got the crack welded on the "new" pipe. Some installers cut off the transmission mount rod because they don't think it's needed, plus it can stress the exhaust unless it's lined up just right. I think I could have gotten a new pipe if I kept after it, (Went to the right dealer), but thanks to Mike I got it fixed.

I actually like the way it sounds now. I took off the Magnaflow muffler and kept my Aeroturbine muffler.
