Major Kudos for Edge's Customer Service

Once again, Aaron over at Edge Products exemplifies what customer service is all about. I was having intermittent problems with my EZ and called him. He said send it back to him to check out. One week later I have a BRAND NEW EZ box... . Not a repaired one!! No hassles or trouble, didn't matter when or from whom I bought it. Customer service just doesn't get any better than this.

That's what I want to hear. I just sent them my 3 stage box back. It worked outstanding for almost 2 years. I called them and they sounded like a good bunch. Said no problem when I asked about trading up to the Comp box... Doug
