Making a link

Can anyone tell me how to make a link open a webpage in a location other than the top of the page?

To do this requires a target to be encoded on the web page. You could look at the source code for the page to see if there are any targets. I'm not sure what the syntex is. If you want to do this with a forum page, I doubt that there are any targets encoded.



I'm sure members smarter than me will have more to add.
