Male medical condition

I found out today I suffer from a relatively common condition: PJ (Premature Joculation), which is retorting with a humorous quip before finding whether or not the other guy mis-spoke.

Just wondering how common this syndrome is.

I'm What does Joculation mean? The dict here at work does not have it in there. I guess I could find it on the internet.
