I just installed a new MAG-HYTEC differential cover on my truck and it really looks cool!!! Especially when the air bags are fully inflated and her rear end really shows!!! The quality and ease of installation made the job a snap. Now I can change her rear end fluids in a matter of minutes! I also have the MAG-HYTEC transmission pan that makes routine maintenance easy and uneventful---meaning there's no mess!! The quality of both of these products make them well worth their nominal purchase price. I highly recommend both products! Sam

It's Porky! Long time no post! (as far as I've noticed anyway). Going with the MagHytek was a good move since you are known to stick your foot in the throttle occasionally  You oughta take a picture so we can see how nice her rump looks too :D

How is life in the plains these days, besides hot??

I think we scared him off all thet talk PORKY FOR PRESIDENT a few months back. Welcome back Porky You've been missed!!!!

Hey Porky....

Doesn't that rear end cover just make you want to sit there and stare at it :) . As soon as I get my photos back I will post a picture. Great quality parts. I used Royal Purple Synthetic.

Mornin' fellow TDR fraternity Bro's !!! It has been a while since I've participated but I read just about every post daily. I first really noticed the MAG-HYTEC rear end covers, when I attended May madness, in 2000. Just about every "custom" truck there had the cover and it could be seen easily when one strolled down the parking lot. At that event though, I decided to buy the trans pan and wait a while to get the rear end cover. I insist on doing my own maintenance work on all of my equipment and especially on my truck. I have had too many bad experiences with the so called "EXPERTS" and their brain dead employees (mechanics) and their shoddy work.

My 1999 truck has about 60,000 miles on it at this time and it runs better all the time! I have had absolutely NOTHING go wrong with this vehicle! I do plan on bombing it again soon ( I miss my DD stg III injectors) if I can make up my mind about what "MAGIC BOX" to buy. I have never kept a vehicle that I have purchased new, when the odometer approaches 50,000 miles due to poor resale values but I plan on keeping this truck until I get tired of it, regardless of mileage. I still get 20-25 mpg on the superslab and it rarely drops below 19 mpg in town or when the truck is driven at hyper velocities! It still doesn't use a drop of oil between its 3,000 mile change intervals. I've put a set of front disc pads on and a complete set of new tires at abot 50,000 miles and that's been all that's been done to the truck!

It is still hot in Carthage, in the SW corner of Missouri, but it's still better than breathing SMOG in my native state of Calif. Our home is almost ready to move into and the "pond" is filling up nicely. Rivers, lakes and streams are everywhere and the fishin' and swimmin' is great! I do miss the ocean though!

I heard from Bruce, TULSA618, that a new chapter of the TDR may start up in the Kansas City area and I look forward to attending the meetings! Take care, Sam

Porky... welcome back from your posting break, and congrats on your new cover! My wife won a magHytec cover on the old CDW board. It was the first month that Rob Spading had one of those monthly contests. Pretty cool.

I agree with Vaughn... post pics!

Hey Porky, good to see you back. Glad to hear about the homestead. Catch some fish for me. As to which fueling box, get the EZ. You won't be sorry. ;)

Willyslover's Cyber Twin

Porky, nice to see you floating around the TDR site once again.

I just returned from the lare of your "Cyber Twin" :) Lil' Gary is desparately in need of a clutch I must say:eek: I wish we could journey back to your Missouri fishin' hole for a visit. Sounds right pleasant there.

Speakin' of fish, someone said somethin' 'bout heading up to Klamath Falls Oregon for a fish fry:)

Enjoy your Mag Hy-tec Porky. Keep yur powder dry :D
