yeah i for sure have to get some guages, actually i need them on my '00 also. I myself don't really have the need for mods or bombing so with guages installed that will probably become my only add on's

yeah i know hard to believe, i mean having a hopped up diesel is nice, doing some mods like guages thats fine as its better to know exactly what your engine is doing, guess i have always been one more for mule power than horsepower .

I know some guys have different turbo housings, pumps tweaked, but for right now im a working guy and i just can't justify blowing fuel out my tailpipe with a power box or chip... Maybe as i get older and have the extra monies for playing , don't get me wrong its oh so tempting LOL

I've wanted to say that for a while now...

Anyway, even if you do some mods youwill still get the same mileage you do today... . provided of course you control the weight of your right foot...

After all ... a diesel is a precise machine. . it will only burn fuel based on the amount of HP you actually use... not based on your power "potential".

So if you do some BOMBing you will still have the capability of getting the same mileage. . PLUS you will be able to get that beast to MOVE when you command it... ...

That's the beauty of a diesel..... so stop thinking like a gasser... think diesel.

well we will see what happens, you know your helping me along with a major deliquency if i bomb LOL, i hope its not like gambling LOL. . but you do make a valid point, i guess i just don't want to mess with the integridy of the engine, one that i want around for a long time.

These guys got me hooked on it and I'm only 18. Give them a screw driver and a dremel tool and you will most likley never go back :-laf I shifted where it sounded good and when I got a tach It was almost exactly 2000 RPM's.
