I know they both run on 5 volts, but what is the TPS reading at an idle, 5% 10% and 20%?

What is the MAP voltage at 20 PSI of boost?

at idle it should be . 5 to 1. 5 volts and range to a full 5volts at full throttle.

but you will find you will usually only see 3-4v tops at WOT.

ACCELERATOR POSITION SENSOR DESCRIPTION

The accelerator position sensor is located above the VP44 fuel pump. The accelerator position sensor sends a signal to the electronic control module (ECM) when the driver pushes on the accelerator pedal. The accelerator position circuit contains three wires: a +5 VDC supply wire (pin 31), a return ground (pin 32), and a signal wire (pin 25). SENSOR SPECIFICATIONS

OIL PRESSURE SENSOR

Torque (Threaded style) = 40 N•m [30 ft-lb]

Pressure (kPa) Pressure [psi] Voltage (V)

0 0 0. 42 to 0. 58

172. 37 25 1. 42 to 1. 58

344. 74 50 2. 42 to 2. 58

517. 11 75 3. 42 to 3. 58

689. 48 100 4. 42 to 4. 58

ALL TEMPERATURE SENSORS

Torque = 14 N•m [10 ft-lb]

100 212 600 to 675

BOOST PRESSURE SENSOR

Torque (Threaded style) = 40 N•m [30 in-lb]

Pressure (mmHg) Pressure [inHg] Voltage (V)

0 0 0. 44 to 0. 56

646. 48 25. 45 1. 44 to 1. 56

2585. 76 101. 80 4. 44 to 4. 56

ACCELERATOR PEDAL (IVS, ISS, & APS)

Idle Validation Circuit Resistance:

For ON and OFF-IDLE states

ISS - MAX Closed Circuit Resistance < 125

ISS - MIN Open Circuit Resistance 100 k

Accelerator Position Sensor coil Resistance:

Between supply and return wires

• 2000 to 3000 ohms

Between supply and signal wires (released pedal)

• 1500 to 3000 ohms

Between supply and signal wires (depressed pedal)

• 200 to 1500 ohms

Note: Released resistance minus depressed resistance must be 1000 ohms.

hope this helps

Just a side note on these sensors and the ECM's reading of these signals. The ECM and sensors are coordinated to read within what we call a "sensor range window" which is usually about . 4 to 4. 6 volts (for a 5V sensor) This is the "normal": operating range. If the ECm sees a voltage below or above this window, it registers a fault code.
