There's a station in the marina that sold B99 for between 3. 29 & 3. 49 per gal for most of the year. Looks they had some code violations to deal with and now they sell only B5. Kinda sux...

The next alternative is 3. 79/gal up in Brentweed. Forget it. . Maybe I WILL look into that bio making kit for $1299. 00 after all.

Added: After doing some reading, part of the violation has to do with; In order to use B99 as a consumer in California, you must be involved in a research group of some sort. Gimme a break. .

It's really no big deal. I was geting fuel in MDR and then ther guy who owned it moved to brentwood and sells B99 there. The membership is just signing a user group paper. Yes the prices are higher but that is a reflection of "whatever the trafic will bear" mentality.

Thanks for the info. . Yeah, I saw where you can join the user group on the internet and that covers your research group membership requirement.

I just dont care to pay his price. Can get fuel down here by the port for a significantly cheaper price. I like biodiesel, but not that much.
