I have a amber colored two bulb marker light that is not working.

With the lights on there is 12VDC at the connector.

I noticed that inside of the lens a small amount of water is present.

I can take the light off of the truck.

My question, can this light fixture come apart to replace the bulbs

and return it to service?

I called the dealer, $40. 00 will buy me a new marker light assy.

Is there a LED replacement out there?

Make sure you are getting a good ground at the light. Getting 12 volts at the connector is good but are you getting it using the same ground as the light is using. Most electrical problems are due to a bad ground, at least it seems that way to me. A little rust or corrosion is all it takes to destroy a ground.

While testing voltage I used both pins.

one for ground, one for the power.

Contacts did not show corrosion.

I switched the fluke multimeter to OHM setting

going through the light indicates an open.

That means to me that that the elements are open.

As mentioned, they can not be fixed, it is a sealed unit. They can be purchased at just about any parts supply stores for about $4. 00. A "quality" LED replacement are around $8. 00 - $15. 00. Check for corrosion or "rot" in the base contact holes. These contacts can rot away, and then the base has to be replaced, about $2. 00. Using dielectric grease on the contacts help's prevent the corrosion.
