Your truck is at MASS diesel and it cost you 2-4K to get it towed there? I have no idea what you are trying to get across

Just taking a wild guess: broke down, got towed to Scott's (Massdiesel) shop by (?) AAA, something is FUBAR and will cost $2-4K to fix

Tow company picked truck from the front and drove 30 miles on the highway without dropping the drive shaft. Long day when I posted the orignal post.

Ah yes. This brings back memories. My 92 was improperly towed and it ruined the transmission. Tow company took it to their favorite transmission shop and I got totally screwed. Ended up buying a newer motor and transmission out of a wrecked truck. Glad I did the swap, but it cost a bundle. Nose up in neutral was a no-no.
