Anyone ever owned a BMW Isetta?

Somehow I can see this as being old news - because the current laws prohibit modifying the exhaust so that it is "perceptibly louder" than stock - no new law needed. The key is "perceptibly" which requires the human hearing threshold of 3 dBm as a minimum. The street-legal aftermarkets are designed to operate in this window. Also the next legal argument before implementation: at what speed?? My Magnaflow is 1/2 dBm louder at idle, and 2dBM quieter at 2K!!!

ah... . i want to get a 3" flow through muffler but will it quiet enough to acceptable levels? anyone? ddh, is that on your truck? i know that modifying an exhaust after inspection is illegal but i have to check into it. heck, in the boston area of mass, you can get away with anything. old news? sorry, i didn't know. ya git lernd sumptin new evereedayuh:D
