2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Master Cylinder Leaks

My master cylinder is leaking at the bottom of the reservoir where it attaches to the actual cylinder itself. Is this common? Is there fix for it? The brakes seem to be working fine with no issues. If I have to replace it, does it come as the entire unit with a new reservoir? Anyone know how much they cost?
