Max Boost

I just added a #6 Plate It's great But will end up costing me much more $$$$. Now I need to get it to the ground!!!

The question is About where should my max Boost be Right now its 25-26. I'm just wondering if this is correct. I know its been brought up before but untill the search is back.

I get 35-36 PSI. max, although I havent checked since I put the GSK on.

My Dad's 95 auto has a #6 plate and made 40+ pretty easily with the wastegate disabled. He now has the wastegate working and keeps it at 30psi.

At one time my 96' was set up pretty close to how your truck is

right now. I also had a #6 TST plate and I recall that with

everything else being pretty well "stock" the boost on my

truck was between 22-26. So, yours sounds about right.



As the other members said, blocking the wastegate will

raise the boost up.
