Max HP with PrimeLoc FFRK??

Ok, Ok, I know, I know, - “who needs a primeloc?” – It has been on my truck since about 1998 and I have gotten spoiled over the years with the ease of fuel filter replacement. Plus at the time I installed it I thought it looked pretty cool. PITA when making fuel pump mods though.



My question is – Is there any hp level where the primeloc becomes restrictive to fuel flow? Thanks

My truck has the primeloc, it had it on there when I bought it. I would love to get rid of it, I curse it everytime I go to work on the truck. Not sure how easy it would be on a 97 with no stock parts to go back to. And now you got me worried about it restricting fuel flow, now it's gotta come off, maybe.

Swayse - I "think" the only thing you will need to go back to the original configuration is the stock length intake horn bolts.



I will have to dig out my primeloc install instructions to be sure...
