I was wonderin how much pressure you can get out of the FASS fuel pump. I have a 24v and want to use it for a p-pump. . And how do i get the pressure...

The pumps are preset with a target amperage in mind. If you exceed that amperage, the motor life will DRASTLY be reduced and WNTY will be void. I wouldnt go much past 25 PSI. As of last Monday, we now offer a new motor that can push 60 PSI plus and last 10,000-15,000 Hrs. This new motor can be installed on your current base. If you are looking for 30+ PSI... . i would go this way... ... Contact your dealer. He has an updated parts sheet with this option listed.

Ask for RP-1006 (this is the 150 series FASS, 150 gph pump... actually 200 GPH with the larger motor... . higher RPM)

Is this really true??????? when and where is it avalible????

because i removed my stock lift pump and put the FASS right to the injection pump. i bumped it up to 23 psi but id like to get some more psi while keeping the life of the pump

Yet another reason to void the warranty! The warranty is also void if they do

not have the registration card! They did not honor my warranty because they did not have the registration card. Even though I had the original invoice. Diesel Dan did extend my warranty 2 years to try make things right. and I thank him for that. But I was wondering if it does break again, will they turn it down because they don't have the card. And yes every time I see a post about Fass I will tell my sad story.
