Anyone have issues with the mylar chrome film coming off trim pieces. My truck is only a 2017 and its not like I dip it in acetone. Dealer said maxicare doesn't cover trim but this sure looks premature to me.

I should add has anyone ever removed the rear "RAM" and put a new one on. my mylar is coming off the letters. Wonder if fishing line would work

I believe fishing line will work and saw it off like a urethane window, I popped my RAM 3500 emblem off with a window tint applicator and got the rest off with Goo Gone. Not sure about yours's but Genos carries many of the emblems, that's where I got my driver door replacement from.

Means, it is covered by MaxCare and the Dealer is talking BS.
