So I have researched this topic for some time now and decided to give the 265-70's a try. Note: I didnt use spacers because I have concerns of added pressure to the hub based upon the weight I usually pull. The tires have enough spacing between the duals and seem to work ok with the weight I am pulling. The spacing is tight so I am running 55 psi per tire to keep them from rubbing. I do have some abnormal tire wear because the tires are too wide for the wheel width. I will probably rotate a lot so I can keep the wear to a minimum. Most likely when these wear out I will probably go with a 245 or 255 to decrease some of the tire width. I can tell you the 265's look awesome compared to the 235 "pizza cutters" that come on the stock trucks. Note: BFG has some 255's coming out that should start shipping in January (according to Discount Tire). I think 255 would be the perfect tire however these new BFG tires look like mudders which wont work for me as most of my driving is around town. I do go off-road during the hunting season which is one of the reason I went with a little more aggressive tread as I have been stuck a couple of times. Good luck with your research and remember this is MY . 02!!!
