Actually Fred, you're close! WTF has a rich and varied history, and can mean any number of things depending on the context. Here are a few potential meanings:



Winter Time Fuel: Heard at the pump as driver's calculate their mileage, "Ahhh, WTF!"



Weird Trend in Fashion: You see someone, seemingly dressed for the circus, with a fire poker through their nose to compliment the studs through their cheeks, you turn and say, "Ah! WTF!"



Wet Trousers Feeling: Just as the monster looms above the parking garage, you look up and say, "WTF!!!"



Where's The Fries?: Your Happy Meal arrives, but no French Fries, "WTF!!!" :{
