Please note that I have edited the first post to reflect the following clarification: the $60 covers driver and passengers' registration, but only one banquet ticket. Additional banquet tickets are $25 each.

Also please note that no activities will be held at Desert Dodge due to space limitations at their site. The host hotel/RV park will be the site for registering, etc.

Why is this event held Wed. thru Sat? I have never been to a Cummins event and was very excited that there was one pretty close for once. Is there a event in Quartsite AZ anytime soon? If I go to the May Maddness on those days I will have to take time off and I will have to do it solo. I will not have any female support #ad

Joe, could you give us an update on the # of registrations received, available spaces for the events, etc. This might help some of us who may be planning but too early for scheduling time off. If the event is booked out (cruise, etc) would be nice to know. Maybe a monthly/biweekly update?

There are 90 registered for the dinner cruise. The boat holds 75 so I am hoping we can fill a second boat #ad

Arizona Charlies said the big RV spaces are almost filled up, there are still some of the smaller ones. Plenty of hotel rooms left too.

Check the new thread, Schedule for MM01. We will have a second boat on Wedn, May 16. All reservations from 76-150 will get that one.

If you want the dinner cruise, pplease send in your reservation soon. We are on the second boat (each holds 75 reserved spaces for us) and will either run out of space soon, or will reach a cut off date because I have to give them a final tally soon! The Thursday boat is full, we are working on a Wednesday evening boatload right now.

Arizona Charlie's reports that the large RV spaces are almost gone, although there are still a number of smaller spaces available.

I know it's tempting to wait because "there's always room in Vegas" but PLEASE don't wait until the last minute and expect all to go smoothly for you!

It will help us plan the event to have an accurate advance count of attendees. For example, how many banquet spaces, or boat cruise spaces, do we need to reserve? Please help reduce the difficulty of putting on this event by registering ASAP.

There's still room on the second boat, but don't delay reserving space!

I can get extra T shirts made up; I imagine $11 will be enough to cover the shirt and postage. I will see the artwork next week. These will be premium grade shirts/art in 3-4 colors. Gotta keep in line with Vegas standards for glitz and glamor!

Hi Joe. . I just got my truck. We have to make a trip to Tuscon in a few weeks and was wondering IF we could make a detour tru Vegas for a day maybe two for a look see what 2 days would be good? Any idea on the scheldule of events?
