So I'm trying to talk the wife into headin for Vegas... .

Its 8 hours from Grand Junction to Vegas... . If we can't get away til noon on Friday, would there still be enough reason to make the trip?? I wish we could get away earlier in the week, but it just isn't going to happen. We've never been to anything like this before but would love the opportunity to learn more about our truck !!!

Any opinions?? Is it too far for just a day and a half? Will we be missing the best activities??? Thanks for the input in advance...

cosborne

Looks to me you will be there just in time for the drag racing then get to spend all day at the vendor area, show in shine and BS session. Sounds like a good weekend to me.

P. S. I'll pick-up some "Jose"Oo.

Too bad you'll mis the dyno days. Maybe you could get in earlier on Friday and catch some of it.

Don't forget the banquet and awards ceremony Saturday night. Also drawings for the prizes--you might win something worth hundreds of $.

Looks good Steve, only change will be Thursday we will have to change the start time to about 12 am to 4 am due to me and Cliffman are taking the wifes to a show. Not as much fun but we will be Kings for the rest of the weekend. ;)

Cos- it's worth it! The Saturday 1/2 hr talks by vendors is worth the trip alone... except for the hall of gotta-have-its where, as Joe almost said " you could SPEND hundreds of dollars" :D Lots of good people and advice to give options on the way you want your truck to look/sound/accelerate. The banquet is pretty special too! See you there,

Greg

I never registered--wasn't sure if I could make but but I think I would like to come over. Is that cool? I'd like to check out the vendors as well as drool over the new trucks. Might have to score myself one. :)
