I sure don't. Read a thread a few days back about freeze plugs and in the thread someone posted a picture of his install of his water pressure relief kit from Enterprise Engine Performance. Sure would like to know how to find this thread again. Maybe someone recalls it's name. I checked search forum for freeze plugs but no such luck. Any help would be great. Thanks

I remember seeing a post about freeze plugs but don't know where it went or what forum it was on.



Found it but no picture and they called them frost plugs.

You arent talking about the plug at the absolute ***-end of the engine where one can install a coolant bypass are ya? eg. . it allows proper cooling of #6 cylinder, which can be a problem. .

IMHO - if you are have enough coolant pressure to blow out freeze/frost plugs, you shouldn't be bypassing the pressure... treat the disorder not the symptoms.



If the excess pressure is from high RPMs, clip two fins off your water pump or run an electric pump (EEP carries them).



If the excess pressure is from a bad head to block seal, fix it.



That coolant bypass kit from Cummins is a pretty slick setup!
