I finally got my Flo-Pro drone taken care of... . I got rid of the 5"!!! :(

Thanks to the people at City Muffler and Performance standing behind their products very well I picked a new MBRP 4" system and they sold it to me at cost :)

I am very happy with the fit and sound of the MBRP system, no drone, and a very good fit, you would almost think this was an OEM part! (except that it works much better!!).

I highly recommend City Muffler and MBRP :D

However, I don't recommend (at all!) the 5" POS that I did have!

Just figured I would leave some feedback on a couple of products which I have experience with for those of you looking for an after market exhaust system.

CJ, I have heard about the drone problems with the MBRP, but I have not had any drone with mine and the biggest problem with the installation was getting the old exhaust off. Maybe it is the way the hangers are on some of the other years that are the problem.

I would be happy to sell it! Or... ... I could rig it on our little BX2200 kubota diesel mower  :-laf

If you are in my area (SE Texas, just south of Houston, San Leon to be exact) and you want it, make me an offer.

The FLOPRO 5" can be tamed!!

I had the local exhaust guru's (Johnny's Muffler) install a 5" resonator and re-position the exhaust.

After this extra 100 bucks going into this exhaust, it looks and sounds great!!

I have their 5" system and the drone was pretty bad. I cut off the rear section that pounted to the side and added a 5" chromed tip that pointed sightly down and slightly to the right which helped some. The thing that helped the most was I added a 5" resonator right in front of the muffler. I also used some polyurethane exhaust hangers in place of the rubber ones which keeps the whole exhaust from moving around as much. I also sprayed some sound deadener directly above the muffler and resonator. The Line X bedline helped some.
