Howdy Boys.....

I have an early 91 D250..... i started leaking diesel around where my throttle

shaft goes into the injector pump... . it used to only leak when it was cold... and quit when it got warmed up... . but it ain't havin none of quittin this year... ... is it possible to change what must be a seal..... with-out pulling the pump??... ... ... ... ... ... .....

yup. Sounds like a bad o-ring on the throttle shaft. You have to pull the top off the pump to get to it - simple procedure, and I'd recommend performing the '366 spring' install while you're at it, and while the top is off the pump replace the o-ring.

Pump Pics

Wow ! Great set of pics and good info for my next time. Good point about the full fuel screw needing to come out for re-install, would have saved me over $ 1200
