Hi guys. I'm a new member but I've been reading this board for awile. It's a great source of information. My problem seems to be the same one that haunted MCrossley and Maxs Dad a little while ago with the power door locks doing their own thing. I've read both the threads on this but they don't finish the story. Did replacing the CTM fix your problems or was it something else? Thanks for your help

sorry I did not ever finish that topic, I had the CTM and the Microswitches in the door cylnders all replaced and problem solved.

Did the dealer replace the microswitcheson his own or did you ask for them to be done. I guess my question is were the switches haywire also

Nope - re-starting the CTM didn't fix the problem - I just got my "baby" back - fixed - it turns out that there was a batch of bad arming switches, that are located in the door - activated by the key or the motion of the door locking linkage that Chrysler knew about. It seems that they have a list of the models that were equipped w/these bad switches. The fix - replace both driver and passenger microswitches. The CTM was fine. - It did scare a couple of years off of my neighbor when the interior lights went on by themselves in the late hours of the night #ad

No I'm not. I'm in the cow business. Lot's of orchards around me though. Thanks for the reply's guys. Now when I take the truck into the dealer tommorrow I can point them in the right direction.
