Purchased a 2012 3500 SRW Deep Molten Red Pearlcoat 4x4 Laramie 703N electronics Crew Cab, Auto transmission with dual oil coolers, chrome steps and factory installed spray in bedliner, 68RE, 3. 73 rear end, heated front and second row seats with butt blowers for the front seats... . :-laf

Hard pulling truck with a very quiet interior. Still get a bit of that great Cummins sound and turbo whine in the cabin... thank goodness ;) Dodge has come a long way with these trucks in 6 years!!

Got an additional $500 back from Dodge too.

Drove her 3 hours home last night down the interstate while the big rigs blew by... ... ... Average just under 18 mpg by trip computer on the interstate... will hand check it later.

Still I was very sad to see the 06 5. 9l go... . woke up really missing her this morning. Hope I am not making a mistake with the 6. 7l and all that exhaust emissions stuff and dpf.

Did a search on here and others seemed pretty happy with these newer engines and trucks before I got mine.

Had a little rattle in the driver's side front door develop on bumpy roads on the way home. Anybody else have this or know where I might trying looking first?

Congrats on the new truck. It not in my sig yet, I have an '11 Laramie 2500 HO 4x4.

I had a noise on the passenger side area. I could not locate the noise and did not want to go to the dealer. The noise seemed to get worse when I sat in the passenger seat. I let it be and it seems to have gone away with use. I have about 2400 miles and no complaints, great truck. Sam

One thing to watch is the seat belts when not in use. I had a hammering rattle that baffled me for days, until I noticed that the passenger side seat belt's shoulder harness had a 1/2 turn in it, and the buckle was in contact with and rattling against the B-pillar. Once I straightened it out, the rattle disappeared. It seems that, for some reason, my wife puts this 1/2 turn in the shoulder harness section of the belt whenever she gets out, so I just automatically check it out when I get in the truck and correct it if necessary.

No, but I washed and waxed her yesterday. Today it was already covered with pollen again!!!

Put Lexol leather conditioner on the seats today and am contemplating seat covers.
