Measurements on a Getrag 5-speed Transmission

I’m ready to start doing a conversion to install a G56 6-speed trans. in my 1st gen. 4x4 to replace a Getrag. Got just about all the parts except the drivelines.

Does anyone have a Getrag out of a 4x4 that they could get me a good measurement from the front of the bell housing to the face of the flange where the transfer case bolts up? Or, does anyone know what the measurement is? I’ve tried measuring mine in the truck, and am not having much luck, too much stuff in the way.

Once I know the difference in trans. lengths I can calculate how much the driveshafts will need to be lengthened (front) and shortened (rear), and get an estimate from the driveline shop.

Its the same as a NV4500 if you look at Advance adapters web site ithink they have measurements on there .
