I put a very weak spring in and got 15 psi out of the big one and 30 total, so I thought I was on the right track. Spool was terrible though. Cranked down on the spring and boost went to 39 big looked like big turbo was only making about 12 of it. Starting to look like a turbo problem. More tuning and testing tonight. Spool up was better though.
