Mega Cab Excursion?

Does anyone know of a place that can convert a Mega Cab into a Excursion/Suburban? I tried a place called Bayer Auto, and they are not building them currently. Anyone have any thoughts or know of a place? Thanks,

Try Alton Co. They will do anything. They return your calls and emails and are really positive to work with even if your vehicle is from a different manufacturer.
