Megacab Dually Recall

I just saw a recall for some Megacab Duallys. Seems about 275 Megacab duallys were built in Mexico and they forgot to install the Roof clearance lights. This causes the truck to not conform to FMVSS no 108 lamps, reflective devices and associated equipment.



So if your dual rear wheel Megacab don't have clearance lights, expect a recall in the mail.

I saw a couple of them when shopping for mine that didn't have the lights. I thought they were a requirement?



Luckily mine has all required lights!!!!

If that's all that they find wrong with them, I'd have to say that's pretty awesome. Hopefully it's the one and only recall and everybody can get a good chuckle out of it.

Saw my first MC dually yesterday. A short-box looks goofy as a dually. Thought so on Fords, too.

Hypothetical,



Light stock units = 8000 units,

4 units per truck, = 2000 truck units.

Hummm, have built 2000 truck units, but still have 1000 light units, hummmmm, hummmmm, what's wrong with this picture? Some thing is not quite right?



Ah, got it, sell the remaining 1000 light units on EBay and pocket the $$$, that's it, got it figuered out Oo. Everything is FINE now.
