Purchased a NEW CNC Plasma Cutter

Why does air heat as it's compressed?

Call me immature, but....

I think I saw someone using the name Poopman. Actually it was spelt something like pOopman, which, at least to me, made it funnier but I dont know why.

Guess I've had too many pain meds for one day.

Well, Doc, if you'd of read MAD magazine in your younger days, you'd remember what's so funny about the Batman name. (nothing personal aimed at our own TDR Batman, it's just too funny to pass up)

MAD always had at least one parody of a movie or TV show in each issue. The one in particular I remember, was "Bats-Man and Sparrow" . :D It still cracks me up everytime I see the word "Batman", because it triggers memories of that magazine.

The other favorite I remember was "Carskid and Clutch", making fun of "Starsky and Hutch" . :D

Geese Darren, rub it in why don't you:rolleyes: :{

Well, originally, I was going to have a handle like, skidmark or something, but I figured I would be too closely associated with the "fart" thread... ... ... ... ..... You now, push too hard... ..... get a skid mark:D

I just saw I made the list.

This thread comes to the top after almost a year. I just now see I made Doc's list.

My handle "cap-n-cray" comes from a Christmas letter several years ago. My wife had it type in to the computer and I was reading it and came to the signature. She had spelled my name wrong. But I liked it. It sounded meaner.

We have chartered a boat up in the San Juan Islands for a few summer vacations and I am the Captain. Now who would you take orders from Cap-n-Cary or Cap-n-Cray, with a hook.

The boats have diesel engines.

Cary:cool:

Doesn't make me laugh but....

I've always liked "Boldt's Wagon" as a handle. Not funny, just has a nice ring to it.

Tim

PS And if there's ever a thread started about "blah" unimaginative handles, I fully expect mine to be mentioned. :)

Well, since you asked..... :D a "briarhopper" is what native Kentuckians , mostly snobby flatlanders that think they're better than anybody else, call those of us that are hillbillys. What 'ol Sled Puller likes to call "hilljacks". :D

Most of my family and friends are from the mountains of Eastern Kentucky.

yah, it does kinda remind me of "Br'er Rabbit" and the Tales of Uncle Remus... . :D
