Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Methanol Breakdown

I just purchased a 55 gal drum of methanol for 2. 38 gal

How stable is this mixture?

Do I need any fuel stabilizer or the such for long term storage?

Keep it sealed up air tight and it will last forever. Methanol will absorb moisture if left unsealed. I burn it in my drag car and keep a drum on my carport all winter with no ill effects.
