Somthing to think about when running high % of meth is the head gasket, unless you have had it o-ringed and studed the gasket has a good chance of blowing. -20 washer fluid is 25%, -30 is 30%, Snow recommends no more then 50/50 mix

I obtained an MSDS sheet on a typical window washer fluid and it stated that it was 34% meth and the rest water.

The ww fluid varies in different regions. The alcohol is a big source of VOC's and non-attainment areas get what is basically colored water.
