Whats the Weather look like I'd like to attend if the better half will allow about 500 miles each way :)

Might rain, but we should have plenty of room all in the dry. So come on... . :D

And we could be having gator beer... ..... looking better on the injectors!

Where are you located? We'd love to have you - not sure if we've had anyone travel 500 miles to attend one of our meetings!

The Weather Channel is calling for a 50% chance of showers and a high of 45 on Saturday for Dickson. But like Wallace said, we should have plenty of room indoors.

Gap - I'm glad you reminded me to check everything for those gauges. I'm afraid that moron that I ordered them from didn't include a tubing kit to go from the gauge to the isolator. Gotta call in the morning - all I know is everything else better be ok. :-{}

So, It looks like we (those coming from this direction) artta meet up in the 'Boro (at Hooters on NW Broad) around 7:30--hang out for stragglers until 7:45 or so. Then proceed to the OHB 61 exit Truck Stop--the one that used to be a "76". If we can make radio contact with CrazyGator he can meet us rolling. I'll try to get a CB stuck in the truck by then. Channel 21 or 22 unless otherwise indicated. We can go to 19 once we all get together. We'll have more range on 21/22 until then. Call me "Dude" or "el Presidente" or "High Commander" or something on the radio. I'll have to brush up on my 27mHz lingo.

My cell is down right now--it's 542 1957--might work on the interstate. Dog ate the antenna.

I'll bring a few tools. I have some pod paint too. And timing kit for Mark. And Cerveza's.

What else?

Do we need to stop for anybody on the other side of Nastyville?

Chairs. Always need a chair or two.

Bring your artwork/sketches/etc for logos. I'll try to find the "member" list I had.

Official Meeting at 11am.

If you have any really good ideas, write them on the back of a twenty dollar bill and hand them in. :-laf

Not needed..... I have the one from Wade's timing kit... ... . however JR couldn't get me DV's by Friday. :{

I do however need to do a Govenor Lever Adjustment so I can slide my plate the rest of the way forward, drill a 4. 5" hole for my Scotty II, and trouble shoot my heater grids not working..... if nobody else has anything to do I have plenty! :-laf

Wade,

I heard the same. If it does come I will have to work, as I take care of snow and ice removel for several customers from Clarksville up to Paducah Ky.

I guess I am hoping for no winter weather... . kinda strange to say that when you do that for a business... haha

I did get my injectors, but if saturday is a wash for me I will set up with anyone else later that can help. If I do come beer will be in the truck. . Oo.

Heck I might work all night and still try to make it. Just look for the guy with circles under his eyes, and asleep in the corner.

2 cell numbers for me:

615-456-4405

615-347-3698

Hmmmm No much differance in the Weather for Metro DC Now if the Wife will only okay the trip :) Would like to learn a lot more about my new CTD! Besides the 500 mile each way will really help on the break in Only getting 11. 8/gal right now but thats with a lot of idling The 2. 6 mile commute to work and again home ain't helping :)

Got the CB in with no problems, the MX-7000 Amber is working great. Just need a few more connection on it to finish it up (wiring stuff ) Would LOVE to attend. Just gotta get permission :)

BTW anyone got any software that plugs into the Dodge? I'll be bringing my Laptop (hooked into GPS) IF I can make it.

Testraub, I still can't believe you are driving! We'll find ya a bed. Glad you are coming. We'll buy you a new set of spark plugs for your truck!

Anybody want anything besides cold drinks, water and hot wings? Better speak up, going grocery shopping tomorrow. Gonna bring a TV, got several hours of pulls 2004 season.

Sounds like we're going to have a heck of a shin dig. Looking forward to it. I'll bring a few chairs and whatever tools that I can throw in the truck. Hell, it's gonna be good to see Ol' Red again.

Testraub, can't believe that you are driving that far. But hey, I've driven further for less. Come on down, we'll take good care of you.

Add my brother, Eric, to the list. He is bringing his 1st. Gen out of Jackson.

See everybody Saturday... ... . Jay

I'm gettin' pumped guys - sounds like one hell of a time! Oo.

Testraub - don't worry about lodging - I'll put you up down here at my place if I have to - I'm glad you're gonna make the trip.

Got the gauges sorted out - gonna paint the pillar in the morning and hopefully get everything set in there by the time I get there Saturday. We'll see.

Mark - I've got a 4 1/2" hole saw that I'll bring for the Scotty II installs. Crazygator needs it too.

Anything else - let me know and I'll try to provide.

Dang If I had my truckbox yet I'd bring a lot of tools too. Give me some ideas and I'll bring what I can get quick Still figuring out which Weatherguard Box I'm going to get for the truck. But I'll grab what I can from the shed, if you tell me what you need. I got's lot's of toys as an electrician :)

Tom

Well I just attempted to make sense of all the brass fittings that connect to all this gauge stuff - didn't have much luck.

It looks like I'll just be able to mount the pod to the original and get the harness wired. We'll have to attach the fittings and run the tubes/lines just before we set the thing in there Saturday. I'm also a little confused on how the pyro is going to fit in that hole - it has a larger diameter than the FP and boost gauges.

Info

BTW In case you hear me yelling on the CB, Tango 625 or Mid-atlantic 13 are my call signs The occasional "KADW-3559" may also come though :) Hope to be there in the 9-10 AM time frame so please keep your ears on :)
