Any Ram guys in SE Florida?

Good Dodge Mechanic in N. Alabama?

transmission Question

First I would like to say thanks to Gary for all the information on clutches, he knows his clutches in and out, and is a great guy to talk with.

for the transmission question, I just picked my newly rebuilt NV5600, and was thinking serously about adding the FASS coolers, but was wondering if i would still need to add an extra quart of oil after the 8 quarts form the addition of the coolers?

Thanks for all the advice in advance

From the "Bargain Browser":

I know nothing about it or where that price lines up. I just thought one of you might be interested.

Montana, WOW

Eddie, Thanks, good luck getting it together.

Joe, we were not able to go fishing, long story, but we drove into Glacier Park took the Going-to-the-Sun Road to Logan Pass, about 17 miles south of Canada, WOW! Spent a lot of quality time with my Uncle, USMC Major, Ret'd, Korean War, Corsair pilot, twice shot down.

Okay maybe I can catch up now. Got a phone line to the sales counter. Opened the store today. Open seven days.

Bird flew by today and told me that MTPA is wanting a diesel truck class now... I'll try to stay informed on that one. But right now I'm too broke to risk breaking something. The class formation/rules and stuff goes on in Dec/Jan meetings at McMinnville.

Congrats on stacks and pulls and being able to get away from the house/shop. Mebbe I'll be able to get out of here when she smoothes out a bit and the cashflow gets above the line.

Buddy of mine had carmax ship a truck up here (2000 2500 4x4 Quad LB) for $350 and then backed out and bought a NEW Nissan s-box---smoking crack I suppose. :-laf

Uh oh, busted on company time... Cheryl says Hey.

My truck has developed a moan and groan when I turn the steering wheel. It is coming from inside the cab. Any tips or suggestions to remedy this?

It's all them fancy steering components you got hanging up under there. :p

Actually I think there is a TSB on that sort of noise. Something rubbing up agin something else. How's that for help? :D

Right back at you Amp.

Hey y'all, we're detailing Anthony's truck in the morning if anyone wants to come hang out in Pleasant View. Gonna do a little tech session about proper use of a high-speed rotary device. Also will do some detailing prep instruction. Gimmie a shout if you wanna come: 210-1200.

FWIW, people think wax makes there paint look better when in actuality, it only looks as good as your prep job. Surface Prep is everything.

Stay tuned for pictures...

I'm getting my wife's car dynoed in the morning, but might swing back afterwards. What time are you going to get started? I should be done at the dyno by 12 or 1.

Thanks

I want to send out a big 'ol THANK YOU to Andy. He is the MAN when it comes to cleaning and shining a vehicle. He worked circles around me yesterday and got the 'Ol Gal looking better than she has in years. Oo. Thanks again for taking time out of your Saturday to give and little hands on tech session.
