Any Ram guys in SE Florida?

Good Dodge Mechanic in N. Alabama?

The recovery sux. Too slow!
Just as I think I'm getting better, the pain gets worse. Yesterday and today (so far) have been the worse since I came home from the hospital. :(

Mo power to the recovery.

Back to criminal activities. My Buddy in Columbia had his wife's car stolen out of their driveway about three weeks ago... and they ACTually recovered it just a couple of days ago. Appears that a crackho and a couple of dealers were living out of it. Car is fine after a FULL disinfect/detail job, but they've decided to sell it for good measure.

Anyall gitta deer? I got to go this morning down in Maury. I didn't get a shot, but one of the others popped a doe this morning and just dropped a button a few minutes ago. I got a tele-update.

I'll get after 'em agin in the morning here in Cannon. Cheryl said I don't have to come in until 12. :p We eat a lot of venison.

Memphis, yuck!

With sincere apologies to all of the noble and fine Tennessee citizens, you guys need to sell or give Memphis to Mississippi or Arkansas or set it afoat down the mighty Mississippi, I spent 3 1/2 years in Bartlett, Memphis was a hard city to like. Take Fedex and St. Judes and find them new homes in the Volunteer state. Sorry for the rant on Memphis, it aint TN, just my observations.

Hans, good luck with getting the truck fixed.

Just got back from Salt Lake City, various S. E. cities in Idaho, long trip.

Wade, Andy got a CD yet from the Holler Stompers and Pickers All Star Jug and String Band?

Yeah, let's put Shelby county on ebay. BBQ not included. :-laf

Gotter little buck today. Handles just big enough for good draggin. Note to self, don't shoot no deers after 10am if'n the boss wants you at work by 12. This lil one was standing up by the truck at 20 till 11. And I didn't get a good shot, so tracking and re-shooting ensued. But hit'll eat perty good.

Any yall load ammo? I've got some surplus 852 I'm going to piddle with and I'm going to load down a 300 Weatherby. Looks like I'll use AA8700 in the Wby.

No jugs in the band. They're a pain to tune, the pitch keeps changing as you drink the contents. :D :-laf

Need some info... ...

I've got a BAD vibration from under the truck. It feels like I'm on a washboard until I get on the brakes, then it feels like I'm on wake-up strips.

Sorry Joe, but it first started the day after you put my tires on... but I don't find any corners on 'em ;)

What do y'all think, U-joints?

Kimber, I think your right about your u-joints. Has happened to me and my dad repeated times. I have put 4 Ujoints in mine and dad has put 4 in his 3500. Have also had to replace ujoint on the front axle in the steering knuckle on both our trucks, so you might check the front also it the back ones are still good

It's at all speeds... just alot rougher slowing down.

It's gotta be the joints as far as I can figger.

Your better off. glad it's all OK

Kimber, Check you lower shock mounts on the front. My truck was doing as you desribed and we pulled it in the shop and couldn't see any slop in u-joints,hubs,ball joints, tie rods, or track bar. But we could feel a pop when rocking truck side to side. I happened to look at the shock and it had about 1/4 to 1/2 inch of play in it before it moves. Got new shocks and it fixed the problem.

Kimber, you been letting the boy drive your truck again? :-laf

Good luck chasing it down. Do those 3g's have a support bearing? Those things can cause some grief.

Happy Thanksgiving to all.

Mid TN,

Happy Thanksgiving to all and your families.

Joe, how many points and any damage done?

Wade, just fill the jugs with Tequila or Gin, ain't no self respecting Ridge Runner gonna touch that stuff!

I saw squirrels with umbrellas and goggles on, its been raining hard for two days here, anybody need some H2O?

Kimber,

It's got to be u-joints.

Me and the boy just got done with the 2 on the rear shaft. It takes a good while if all you've got is a hammer :{ One was toasted pretty crispy... . still got a vibration, just not near as bad

MEvins said:
Of course it could be those square tires.

Meacham

That was my first thought... figgered Joe slipped a mudder in on me :-laf

Man, did I say the wrong thing and everybody just left or what?

No action for 2 whole days. Where are you fellas at? Maybe everybody ate too much and there fingers won't work. That doesn't excuse Joe, though. Everybody knows he only uses one thumb anyway. :-laf

Scott

Well, after 2 trips of seeing nothing, the boy gets a big doe. I got pics on my camera, can't figure out how to post

What's a good processer cost these days? I'm getting too old to stand all day over a cutting table
