Far as I know, everything is still a go?? I haven't seen Gap at work since last week. I guess he took the week off. I haven't seen him on here either. I tried to call his cell phone, 'cause I'm not sure he realizes that there'll be ~27 trucks on his doorstep in the morning. SURPRISE!!

Paul, I was planning on leaving the 'Boro around 8 a. m. to help Gap get things set up. I can be at WT's on the corner at 8 if you want to follow me up there. Wade and Steve and anybosy else that wants, we can meet ya'll at Sam's and head up there.

Hey, just talked to Gap. We'll have a semi-enclosed space and big heaters. Bring a chair if you want to sit down. He's getting the bird and some drinks. I'm bringing catfish and a few adult beverages. We'll have some hot oil if you want to fry something else.



Talked to Meacham tonight. He'll be there. He's been playing with water.



I think my fuel leak was where I dumped a gallon or two a few weeks ago and forgot about it. We'll see.

Had a great time yesterday Gap! Wish I could have gotten my truck in the shop since it won't clear my garage, but I was perfectly fine with letting the guys needing there gauges go first. I'll throw a pair of coverall's on one day and do it.



Thanks to Mrs. Gap also as well for putting up with all of us, and all of the great food that she helped with.



I certainly did not expect as big a turnout as this. Did anyone get a total truck count?



Look forward to the next meeting, please keep in mind guys that I need as much notice as possible to get away from Wally Hell.



Had a great time hanging out with everyone, and Gap thank your father for letting me drive his truck... . even though it was Wade that skeered the outta me!

That's not my camera bag. If anyone left a camera bag at the meeting, Wade has it.



I also am embarrased about the fact that I promised someone a free Banks High Ram and I lost your name and address. Please PM me your name and address and I will send your High Ram next day shipping for my forgetfullness. I have a difficult time remembering names and obviously keeping up with addresses on paper.



My little problem with my 02 24v was a blown head gasket. It blew the gasket out in the front of the motor. Thats what I get for running water without O-Rings. The white truck will be out of commission for a while.



Again thanks Gap for everything and I really enjoyed seeing and meeting everyone even if I can't remember names.

Bidness: I failed to conduct a business meeting--being involved with cooking, wrenching, riding, and BS'ing I just let the time get away. Maybe we can work out the details here.



Most pressing issue is exactly which Saturday in March to dyno and have our next meeting. There's the 6, 13, 20, 27. I kicked around the 20th, but that's not set in concrete.



Maybe there are some pulling calendars out by now. I have to make my mountain bike racing calendar.



We could also start kicking around a location for the May meeting. We started M'boro (central), went West to Dickson, will be East at the dyno--thinking North or South for May. Columbia or Franklin to the South maybe or Something like Springfield to the North?



What am I forgetting?



Oh and ANYBODY in Mid TN who wants to have his name, #, info available to MT TDR, send it to me.

It'll be called the "club roster" but there are no due to pay or commitments to make. It's just about helping folks find that Cummins guy on the other side of the mountain.

I hope everybody had a good time... I did! I felt like I didn't get to spend anytime with anybody. Except good ol Paul(our favorite Electrician) and Jay whose truck would't start after installing the fuel pressure gauge. After we ran the battery down trying to prime it, we cracked #1 and #3 injector lines and she fired right up. I knew I would get some diesel on me, to bad it was 8:00, dark and one heater cold! We was huddle'n!



Hope it went well, next time I promise I'll have a floor, doors and a new roof! (I'm gonna change my billboards!) All ya'll are welcome back anytime. Just let me know and I'll round up some more chickens!

u know for a blind ass like me, the last thing that i would leave would be a pair of sunglasses... ..... the black smoke didn't temporarily blind u did it mark??????? LOL! just BS!!!in!!!! TN Farmer and the rest of the boys said that they had wish that they had beenn there. some of them were just worried about the food... ... ... ... . later, nick
