Mid-TN Truck Pull July 3rd

THROW DOWN AT THE HOE DOWN 2 is on for Saturday, July 3rd.

Gates open at 4. Scales at 5. Pulls start at 6.

$10 admission, under 8 free.



Hook fee $20- pays 150, 100, and 50.



Everybody pays $10 to get in. Then pay $10 to hook.



We will be an "add-on" (Non-MTPA, local rules) class, but are expected to show up and put on a show like last year.



Let me know if you plan on HOOKING or Attending.

Hey, "diesel trucks" is on the flier (I hear). We might have some competition this year. Hope we can put on a good showing again this year.



Zero Dodges pulled at McMinnville last week.



Look at the "TN (MTPA) Pull Sched" for more pulls.

Oh, and for clarification on gate and hook money. This year $10 gate, $20 hook. Everyone pays at the gate--drivers only have to pay $10 to hook--unless hooking in more than one class.

Are we pulling the Preadator Sled again this year? I'll prolly be in in for hookin' (ifn'n I can get that edge box from Red again maybe). Jul 3rd is my b-day, I can't think of a better way to spend it.

Yep, "Predator" will be the hookee.



Easy to get going, but becomes quite heavy there on the end.

HO yeah, there's some extra money on the pull. There's a HOOT n HOLLER award for the best fan, and a "BEST SHOW" award for the most exciting pull. These are mystery $$$, but I know they're over $100 each. Nick's pull last year would easily be in the running for Best Show--if they had it last year.

It might pay more to HOOT n HOLLER than to win a class. Ain't them some apples.



NO RAIN has fallen on the track in 3-4 days. It's powder dry and looking GOOD.
