mileage increase or decrease with tire change

I want to change from 265/75/16 and go to 285/75/16 and wondered what mileage to expect from change ,increase or decrease? Currently I get about 16. 5 around town and about 18 hwy , I've got a Rip Rook Magnaflow exhaust in the mail and hope this will help as well once I get it installed. Any thought will be helpful.

I dont think you will notice much of a difference anywhere. the rev per mile on each tire are within 20
