I'm looking at a 2003 one ton dodge six speed with 4:10 gears, what do you get for fuel mileage roughly?

I average 17 to 18 hwy empty, 10 to 11 with 5er in tow, 5er is only 10,000#

About a mile to a mile-and-a-half less than that with a 4WD dually. .



Truck w/additions is just under 10 K and trailer is about 13K. . average towing 64-65 mph.

Mine has 3. 73's, but I get 16-17 in town or at 75-80 on the highway empty, and 9. 5 to 12 pulling our 14,000# fifth wheel in a variety of conditions (70 mph tops. ).
