military, being called up ?

My best friends brother was just called up. He's shipping out to Spain in about one week.

I heard all kinds of stuff flying around CNN & MSNBC last night about "200,000 troops"... and "going after Saddam... "

Anybody know of others who have recently been called up?

In other words, I'm wondering if we're really preparing for something here.

no, not so far....

They're still calling up people here and there, but there's no mass mobilization so far.

Yeah, there's nothin' wrong with the Press givin' the enemy a little advance notice.

God knows we wouldn't want to go over there unannounced, or uninvited.

Good point. Makes you wonder how the Japanese ever kept Pearl Harbor a secret.

One point I forgot to add is that Dick Cheney is doing his recruitment tour right now.
