Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Min. Fuel Pressure From new In-Tank Transfer Pump?

Dodge installed a new in-tank fuel transfer pump on my 01 3500. It's only making 10 PSI max. Anyone know what the min. PSI is for this pump?

We just had an 01 done, it only make 9 max, 6-7 cruising at 60 mph, no trailer. I think other posts have expressed concern over the intank pressures.

Mine makes about 9psi at idle, 7. 5psi running at 60-70 mph empty, and 5psi WOT. Those are POST filter readings (PRE filter readings are only about a half psi higher). "98. 5, 24V, 3500.
