Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Minnesota plate sliding and timing

Hey fellas just wondering if there is anyone in the minneapolis area who could help me slide my stock plate forward. I already turned the starwheel up and I am reading on here that sliding that stock plate forward can give about 30-50 more rwhp. also I would like to advance my timing to 16* and a little more smoke would be awesome if anyone could help that would be great. im not to good at these things.

I am also looking to do some stuff be very interested in a work-playday or weekend, have lots of tools but no shop at this time,to cold for my bones.

Check out the forum for regional events. Josh is getting something together and you will meet lots of people who can help you out. You may not want to slide your stock plate. Search the forums this topic was covered in great detail years ago.
