Only if they are from an "02" Ram 2500 or 3500. The model year 2002 Ram 1500 is the third-generation sheet metal and the model year 2002 Ram 2500 & 3500 are the second-generation sheet metal. If you're looking at powered Mopar tow mirrors that claim they will fit a 2002 Ram, you're looking at mirrors that will not fit second-generation sheet metal.
