miss and low power

I just got back from a 220 mile trip and the last4 miles or so noticed a vibration on take off and at idle the exhaust has a different sound to it. the engine doesnt feel rough at idle but you can feel a miss by increasing the rpms and is lacking badly all the sudden in power, I have no codes and no cel. I took smarty back to stock and no change boost reads fine and no increase in egts is there any thing I should look for with a scanner or any other ideas Thanks in advance

Maybe a dirty injector or two. I would try running some injection cleaner through it.

what kind would you recommend also i have no funny smoke or anything

Well I changed fuel filter and ran some injection cleaner and water remover thru the fuel system and still no change but when I touch the injection lines on number 4 it has a vibration to it could something be wrong with an injector causing the line to vibrate
