Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Miss in #6 cylinder, Help!!!!

Hey everyone, I just installed 370's in my truck and they are awesome! I think I'm going to go for some delivery valves next, but I need to see whats going on with my injection pump because I have a bad miss. I thought it was injectors at first about a month ago but it's not that because I put in the 370's and it's still there. It's coming from the #6 cylinder because we put the heat gun on the exhaust manifold and every cylinder cam out at about 180 degrees except for #6 which came out at 130. The cheapest I found to have my pump rebuilt was $800. Has this happened with anyone else? Do I need a new pump? Is it fixable? Help!!!! Thanks

Check compression first.

Check the valve lash also. It can have an effect on it some.
