Competition Question for those with driveshaft loops...

Competition max output VP44

Like the title says. I have a Mitchell dual disc in my 02 and I may need new friction discs, I know I need a new floater disc, if thats what its called. I google searched them, but all I can find are people who have them, not dealers or the manufacturer, just wondering if anyone out there has some info on them. I'm in contact with the dealer that sold me mine, just looking to contact the manufacturer for some tech. info. Thanks

Jeremy

Call 740-246-6329 Talk to Doug. I dont think they are building this clutch anymore. I was told that you would still be able to buy parts for them.

I already talked to Keith at MCS, waiting for a call back. He has new parts in stock, but as a back-up I'll call Peter at SB depending on where things go from here. Totally happy with the current setup, just want to do some maintenance BEFORE it goes out. Its my daily driver, so I can't let it go down for very long, work is 2 miles away, but I'd hate to walk if I don't have too. :-laf

Thanks for the link, at least I have some prices now. I'm sure everything will go well with MCS, they've taken care of me in the past, but just in case, I know where to go next...

No reason I suppose, just that I got it from MCS, so I'm going to try and stick with them. The whole customer loyalty thing;) Though, don't think its blind loyalty:-laf Right now, the clutch is second on my list of things to do, so I'm not in a huge hurry, got a front axle that is binding for some reason, even after two new axle shaft U-joints and a hub assembly, which I am getting good at replacing. (3 hours for one ujoint and hub assembly in the gravel alley behind my house):-laf EEP does look like it has some good prices, so at least new parts won't break my bank, now labor for installation, that might be a whole 'nother subject (anyone want to come show me how to drop a NV5600 and install a clutch?)
